WorkAbility’s mission is to prepare students with disabilities for the labor market and facilitate their transition to adult life. WA1 works together with key stakeholders to ensure that students with an Individualized Education Program (IEP), the opportunity to create a post-high school transition plan, gain vocational training, receive vocational assessments and career guidance, develop work readiness skills and acquire employable work skills.
