From Principal Keaney: Today, immediately following our Scots Scoop, all students will complete our Sitewide grade check. This is a step we have every student complete as communication tool between students, parents/guardians, and teachers.
The grade check also connects to our school's deadline for all makeup work which is next Thursday, June 4th. So, complete the grade check and make sure you all know where you stand and what you need to do to finish the Semester. Again, all makeup work must be turned in by June 4th, if your teacher is willing to accept it based on their syllabus. Nobody likes surprises when it comes to grades. Students, Teachers, and parents, everybody wants the grades to be an accurate reflection of the work and effort students have put forth this semester as based on the course's standards. 11 school days to go, Scots, you can do it and finish strong!
Seniors- next week is Senior Spirit week. Monday- Dress for your future Career, Tuesday- Staff dress as students, students dress as staff, Weds- Toga Day, Thurs- Senior Sunset- 7pm on the football field, Friday- Senior Grad photos at Snow Valley!
The Senior BBQ is this Friday, directly after school. All seniors, come pick up your yearbook, your Grad Gown, and enjoy good food with your friends from 2:07- 4pm in the cafeteria. This is a free event. Yearbooks and grad gowns will also be available to purchase. Yearbooks are $100 and gowns are $45- CASH ONLY.
Seniors not able to make it to the bbq? You can pick up your gown and yearbook from Mrs. Cobb the next week or purchase either in ASB.
Yearbooks are here! Seniors you will pick yours up at the Senior BBQ. All others will be given out in the Rotunda at lunch on Monday Jun 1st and Tuesday June 2nd. Still need to purchase one? A limited number will be available, first come, first serve in the ASB office starting next monday. Yearbooks are $100.
Friday, 5/29 will be the last spirit day of the year. Freshmen, Sophomores and Juniors wear this years' AND next years' class colors. Seniors- wear something that represents your future plans.
Anyone interested in joining the cross country team must see coach Lara in room 204 for information
