Dear Families,
We are excited to share an upcoming free webinar opportunity designed especially for our Spanish-speaking families, provided by the San Bernardino County College Board. 
This session will provide helpful information about AP, SAT, and other College Board resources to support your child’s journey after high school.

Page: San Bernardino County Counselors College Board is offering a Spanish-Language Webinar for Parents and Guardians. April 20th, 2026
at 6 pm and 7 pm Virtual Event. This is a wonderful opportunity for our Spanish-speaking families to learn more about AP, SAT, and other College Board resources that help students plan for life after high school. Connect with your future. This special event, conducted in Spanish focuses on strengthening with Spanish speaking families. Practical strategies and resources will be shared to help families support their students' success. Join us on April 20th for a virtual special event in Spanish to receive updates on College Board programs and services and get ready to support your students.  A recent recipient of the BigFuture Scholarship and a parent will join us to share their experience using BigFuture as a tool to help students and their families plan for postsecondary education.  Advanced Placement Program: The Advanced Placement Program allows students who are willing and academically prepared to undertake university-level studies while they are still in high school. 
SAT Suite of Assessments: Learn how to improve college and career preparation and ensure equal opportunities for all students.  and BigFuture: Tools to help students on their path to college and a career. The session will include a panel discussion featuring a parent, student, and educator, who will share valuable insights on common barriers Latino/a families may face when navigating postsecondary pathways, along with helpful resources to support student success.
